Hi, I’m Roda! I’m a spirited and curious Terrier mix, estimated to be around two to three years old. Weighing 8.5kg (18.7lb), I’m a small but energetic dog with a lively personality and a heart full of curiosity. I’m looking for a home where I can explore, play, and share my love with a family that understands my adventurous spirit.

?My Personality?

I may take a little time to warm up to new people, but if you offer me a treat, I’ll quickly come around. Once I feel comfortable, I enjoy attention and affection. My curious nature makes me eager to explore my surroundings, and I love discovering new places, scents, and experiences.

?Social Skills?

With people, I might be a little cautious at first, but I get over my shyness quickly, especially when treats are involved. I can be a bit excitable when meeting someone new, and my energy level goes up when I’m in a new or stimulating environment. With other dogs, I’m polite and will greet them with a friendly sniff, but I don’t always engage in play. I’m more of an observer, preferring to explore my surroundings rather than roughhouse. If another dog comes too close while I’m eating, I might give a little growl to let them know I’d like my space, but I don’t guard food from people. My reaction to cats hasn’t been observed yet.

?Energy and Activities⭐

I have a high energy level and love outdoor activities. Going for long walks, running around, and playing are some of my favorite things. I need plenty of exercise to stay happy, and after a good outing, I settle down and rest. I do tend to pull on the leash when walking, but I also listen well and follow my human’s lead with a little guidance.

I’m still learning some manners, but I’m eager to please. My excitement can sometimes get the best of me, especially when something new and interesting happens. If a stranger arrives, I might get a little worked up at first, but with consistency, I can learn how to manage my excitement.

?My Ideal Home? 

I would do best in an active home where I get plenty of opportunities to explore and burn off my energy. A family that enjoys outdoor adventures or has a routine for daily exercise would be a great match for me. I need a home that understands my curious and playful nature and can provide structure as I continue to learn and grow.
